Zumba is exercise in disguise. Zumba is a dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic, exciting workout. This class combines fast and slow cardio and muscle toning. You will use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks for some of the routines to enhance a sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Dancers and non-dancers are welcome. Come join the fun!
