This class is suitable for beginners and those with a little experience under their belt. This class will include breath control techniques and physical exercises, which will help you achieve relaxation and vitality. This dynamic yoga class will help to build your strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. This class is a guidance to help transform the body and mind into complete wellbeing. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat and any props you might want to use for your practice. Maximum number of students in person will be 15.
