Yoga - All Levels HEA200
This class is open to a wide range of practitioners, aimed towards a moderate level with modifications given for both beginning and more advanced students. Beginners and experience students alike will be challenged according to their level. Modifications will be offered to make poses more and less challenging. Classes include pranayama (breath work), meditation (relaxation) and asana (physical practices that encourage you to find clarity of mind and peaceful dispositions, as well as help transform your body to be stronger and more flexible. Offering guidance towards the magical union of body, mind and breath. Please let us know of any special needs or injuries that you might have prior to the beginning of class.
Bring a yoga mat, blocks and blanket if you already have them.
