Yoga - All Levels HEA201
Continue on with the 2nd session of Yoga - all levels.
This class is open to a wide range of practitioners, aimed towards a moderate level with modifications given for both the beginning and more advanced student. Beginners and experienced students alike will be challenged according to their level. Modifications will be offered to make poses more and less challenging. Classes that encourage pranayama (breath work), meditation (relaxation) and asana (physical) practices that encourage you to find clarity of mind and peaceful dispositions, as well as help transform your body to be stronger and more flexible. Offering guidance towards the magical union of body, mind and breath. Please let us know of any special physical needs or injuries that you might have prior to the beginning of the class.
Bring yoga mat, blocks and blanket if you already have them.
