Who We Are

Middletown Adult Education is a cooperative adult education program administered by the Middletown Board of Education in cooperation with area boards of education.

Middletown Adult Education serves Middletown, Cromwell, East Haddam/Moodus, East Hampton, Old Saybrook, Portland, Rocky Hill, Regional District #4 (Chester, Deep River, Essex, Centerbrook, Ivoryton), Regional District #13 (Durham, Middlefield, Rockfall) and Regional District #17 (Haddam, Higganum, Killingworth), and Westbrook.

Middletown Adult Education provides academic programs, early childhood classes, family education, job training, workplace education, enrichment classes, counseling and assessment services.

More than 2,500 students are enrolled each year!

Middletown Adult Education is dedicated to the service and growth of each student and committed to the belief that all students may achieve success.
